Shipping & Returns
We will ship your product(s) either via USPS or FedEx. We will strive to ship your package(s) as soon as possible. If the item ordered is in stock, we will ship it within 1 to 3 business days. If it is not in stock, we will contact you to let you know when you can expect to receive your order. Should this time frame not work with you, you will be able to cancel the order at no charge. Once your order has shipped, you can expect a transit time frame of 2-6 business days depending on your location.
For large items that require to be shipped on a pallet, we use LTL shipping services. Depending on where you request your item to be shipped, the freight that is automatically applied to your order may not be sufficient and we might have to contact you for the balance.
We want you to enjoy what you ordered, but if something is not correct, let us know. Our top priority is to provide the best possible products and service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unopened item for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must include a receipt and items must be in their original condition, including tags and labels. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days. Shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. We will be glad to replace any damaged or defective products. We may ask you to return the package and its contents to verify shipping claims.
