Shipping policy

We will ship your product(s) via FedEx. We will strive to ship your package(s) as soon as possible. If the item ordered is in stock, we will ship it within 1 to 3 business days. If it is not in stock, we will contact you to let you know when you can expect to receive your order. Should this time frame not work with you, you will be able to cancel the order at no charge. Once your order has shipped, you can expect a transit time frame of 2-6 business days depending on your location. For large items that require to be shipped on a pallet, we use LTL shipping services. Depending on where you request your item to be shipped, the freight that is automatically applied to your order may not be sufficient and we might have to contact you for the balance.
